Currently, Andor Willow ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support global shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

To maintain the beauty of our wood products, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or harsh chemicals. Periodically applying a food-safe mineral oil will keep the wood hydrated.
